Good Hands Rescue Network

Allstate Good Hands Rescue Network is a gig-economy mobile app, that gives customers immediate access to roadside services. These "Rescuers" are trained then able to use our Android or iOS app to provide service to customers.

Role : Senior Product Designer
Tools : Sketch, Invision & Zeplin

The GHRN product team worked together to continuously iterate and deliver innovative product solutions to both the iOS and Android Rescue App. As one of two Product Designers, I conducted user interviews and usability tests, analyzed data, created prototypes, untangled business rules, and created lean UX solutions alongside my development counterparts. Our sprints were driven by KPI's, and every design decision was intentionally directed towards those singular KPI's.

Workshop

In an effort to foster greater understanding throughout the engagement, we met with stakeholders and documented the entire E2E process. It was enlightening to see a group of experts in their domain come together to uncover a new opportunity or root cause that they hadn’t considered before.
